3. Director, Clinical Development
The Director of Clinical Development will lead one or more clinical development projects, contribute to the development strategy and oversee the design and execution of clinical trials (Phase 1 to Phase 4), as well as, support regulatory submissions. In collaboration with other development functions and quality assurance, this role will ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with GCP/ICH and regulatory standards. The Director of Clinical Development will ensure all interdisciplinary teams (research, regulatory, CMC, clinical supply, medical affairs, pre-commercial and commercial) are aligned with the clinical development goals and timelines and are contributing to its development.

The Director of Internal Audit will develop and maintain an independent, integrated, value-adding audit function, primarily tasked with leading, performing and executing Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance for Global Partners LP (the “Partnership”). The candidate will also provide independent, objective and professional feedback, and work directly with management and their staffs to develop and maintain integral policies and procedures that support an adequate, effective system of internal control across the Partnership. The function will also serve as a value-added partner to guide the Partnership in building better processes and procedures to decrease risk and drive efficiency. The candidate will be integral in defining the long-term role of the position, including the formation of a full internal audit function.
